What type of prescription dive mask lens does your customer need for their dive mask?
Single Vision or Bifocal
We custom create your customer's prescription lenses and permanently bond them into their dive mask based on their current eyeglass prescription.

Our on-site surfacing lab is capable of generating many different prescriptions including single vision, bifocal, and high index. Trifocal and progressives lenses are NOT recommended for dive masks.
We exclusively generate our prescription dive mask lenses from glass since it adheres more completely and performs more reliably than plastic or polycarbonate material.
Our finishing department edges/cuts the lens to the shape of the dive mask face plate and installs the custom lenses into your customer's dive mask. We return the mask to your dive shop for delivery to your customer.
Half Lenses
BOTTOM ONLY
If your customer is having difficulty reading their gauges, consider suggesting to them a solution which allows them to see gauges, computers, and camera settings clearly. Think of it as reading glasses for your customer's prescription dive mask. Your customer simply requests their add power and we generate and install the reading lens into their prescription dive mask. It's a simple and effective solution for those customers who do not need full prescription lenses.

TOP ONLY
Have a customer who can read their gauges, but struggles with seeing things in the distance? As an independent surfacing lab, we are able to create top half only lenses for your customer's prescription dive mask. This option works best for a customer who needs assistance with distance objects but can still read gauges, computers, and camera settings without any visual correction.
Full Face Snorkel Masks
Since Scuba Optics is a full service independent surfacing lab, we are able to provide prescription lenses for your customer's full face scuba mask inserts as well. We create custom lenses generated from your customer's current eyeglass prescription to be installed into an insert that fits easily into full face snorkel masks.
